Your routine also involves document and learner record management, supporting learners in acquiring necessary workplace tools, and regular reporting on learner progress and concerns.
Further, you will organise onboarding, facilitate learner readiness in the workplace, and perform onsite visits to address queries and ensure standards are maintained. You’ll foster positive communication between hosts and learners to support retention and programme success.
Ongoing coaching and mentoring learners will also be expected, alongside resolving challenges as they arise and implementing improvements when needed.
