This Head of Solutions & Services Architecture & Implementations role is a permanent, full-time opportunity with added medical aid and provident fund contributions, plus performance bonuses. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

You’ll lead solution implementation across IT and AIOps solutions, translating customer requirements into scalable results for enterprise clients. Governance, delivery oversight, and performance measurement will form core aspects of your role.

Your daily responsibilities cover integrating platforms like AWS and Azure, managing large architecture projects, leveraging observability tools, and driving the adoption of automation solutions. Vendor and stakeholder management are central to delivery.

You will also ensure compliance with standards such as ISO and ITIL, conduct technology assessments, and oversee risk mitigation. Collaboration with senior teams to operationalise CTO blueprints and continuous improvement for clients is required.

Alongside supervising implementation, you will align service architecture with ITSM frameworks and optimise multi-vendor integrations, enforcing performance and quality across all deliveries.

Finally, you’ll be deeply involved in technology governance, reporting to senior leadership and ensuring best practice in every delivery aspect.
